Privacy Policy

At Aura Tools, accessible from https://auraofficial.pk, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Aura Tools and how we use it.
1. Data Processing and Client-Side Execution
Aura Tools is designed with privacy as a foundational principle, and we would rather be precise than make a blanket promise we cannot keep. Our tools fall into two groups.
Tools that never send your data anywhere. The PDF Toolkit, the LLM Token & Cost Calculator and the Prompt Optimizer run entirely inside your own web browser using client-side JavaScript. The files and text you use with them are never transmitted to us. Once you close the browser tab, that data is gone.
Tools that require a server. The Video Clipper and the AI Humanizer cannot work this way. The Video Clipper must receive your uploaded video file in order to cut it, and the AI Humanizer must send your text to be rewritten. For these two tools your content is transmitted to our processing service, used solely to produce the result you asked for, and is not sold or shared with advertisers. Please do not put confidential or sensitive material through these two tools.
2. Log Files
Aura Tools follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
3. Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they find useful. It is the only third-party service that receives anything about your visit.
What it records is aggregate and non-identifying: the pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, whether the device was a phone or a desktop, which site or search referred you, and how long the visit lasted. We have IP anonymisation switched on, so your full IP address is not stored. We do not use Analytics to build advertising profiles, and we have not enabled any advertising or remarketing features.
What Analytics never sees: the contents of any file or text you put through the tools. That is true for every tool on the site — the browser-based ones never transmit your data anywhere at all, and for the Video Clipper and AI Humanizer the content goes to our processing service and is not shared with Google or anyone else.
Google explains what it collects through Analytics at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. If you would rather not be counted at all, Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and most browsers can block analytics cookies directly.
4. Cookies
Google Analytics sets a small number of first-party cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. Those are the only cookies set by a third party on this site.
We set none of our own for tracking. Where a tool needs to remember a setting between visits, that preference is stored locally in your own browser and never sent to us. We do not sell or share your personal information.
You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop any of the tools on this site from working.
5. Advertising
This site does not currently display third-party advertising, and no advertising cookies are set by us.
If we introduce advertising in future, this section will be updated before any ads appear, and it will name the network involved. Advertising networks generally use cookies or similar technologies to measure and select the ads they show. Google explains how it uses data in advertising, and lets you control your ad settings, at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can also opt out of personalised advertising across participating networks at optout.aboutads.info.
6. CCPA & GDPR Privacy Rights
Under the CCPA and GDPR, among other rights, consumers have the right to request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected. Because most of our tools process data entirely in your browser, we hold no copy of those files at all. For the Video Clipper and AI Humanizer, which do send content to our processing service, you may contact us to request deletion of anything associated with your use of those tools. You can manage your advertising cookie preferences through your browser settings.
