Found a bug, have a feature idea, or just want to say hello? Aura Tools is run by one person — Aniq, based in Pakistan — so there is no ticket queue and no support team. Your email comes straight to me and I usually reply within two or three days.

Reporting a bug on one of the tools
Most reports I get say “it does not work,” and I usually cannot reproduce those. Four details turn a report I cannot act on into one I can fix the same evening:
- Which tool, by name — Split PDF, Compress, Translate, and so on.
- What you clicked and what happened instead of what you expected.
- Your browser and device — Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone, and so on. A surprising share of bugs only appear on one browser.
- Roughly what the file was like — how many pages, how big, whether it was scanned or password-protected. Please do not send the file itself unless I ask; most of the time the description is enough, and I would rather you did not email me a private document.
What I cannot help with
To save you the wait: I cannot recover a password for a PDF you have locked yourself out of, I cannot un-redact or reverse a file a tool has already processed, and I do not offer paid document work or bulk conversion as a service. If a tool damaged a file, tell me — that is a bug and I want to know — but the original file is only ever on your own device, so I have no copy to restore.
Privacy and data requests
For anything to do with your data — including a deletion request covering the two tools that send content to our server (the Video Clipper and the AI Humanizer) — email the same address and put “Data request” in the subject line so it reaches the right place. Please send it from the address you used at the time, where you can.
